Refunds & Exchanges (Hyperfocal Products)
Due to the nature of digital products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Hyperfocal will consider granting a refund that is requested in a reasonable timeframe and that meets certain internal criteria (such as a customer having ordered the same product twice), and will grant refunds at its reasonable discretion. Nothing herein grants an obligation by Hyperfocal to grant a refund.
Pricing and Currency
All products for sale on Hyperfocal and processed via the Hyperfocal store are listed in USD currency.
Since December 1, 2009, the FTC requires online publications to disclose whenever they receive any sort of compensation – be it in the form of free products or monetary compensation.
Hyperfocal accepts monetary compensation for advertising, sponsorships, paid insertions, as well as free products and services. Our main business is Lightroom Presets and instructional material but we do receive monetary compensation via advertising and sponsored content.
Please note that the advertising space or sponsored content published on this site may not always be directly identified as paid or sponsored. The views and opinions expressed on Hyperfocal are our own. Any product claim, statistical information, citation or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider in question.
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Quebec, Canada, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
